I created this blog to share my thoughts on cookware, kitchen tools, gourmet recipes and anything that deals with gastronomic matters. I am not a trained chef, but read countless books, spend a ton of time in the kitchen and log enough hours on Food Network to make anyone who loves food and cooking green with envy!
